Outsourcing Advantage seeks an experienced L2/L3 Systems Engineer to support multiple MSP client environments. You will troubleshoot complex infra, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and Windows Server components across diverse client stacks.

You will document resolutions, maintain configs, and contribute to knowledge bases while collaborating with engineers and vendors. Candidates must have MSP background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in an MSP environment.
Experience supporting multiple clients and diverse IT environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Experience documenting technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune expertise.
