Technology Elite, Inc. in Pampanga is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to maintain IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, providing second and third-level support for servers, networks, and vendor hardware/software.

The role focuses on reactive and proactive IT management, security vigilance, and working with clients to resolve incidents, optimise monitoring, and perform OS/firmware updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with hands-on admin of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft core services: Exchange, Office 365, AD and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware/Azure VM).
• Experience with backup/DR solutions including Azure Backup and Datto.
• Familiarity with Citrix and Remote Desktop/AVD is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reactive IT Support: 2nd/3rd level support for systems and networks.
• Proactive IT maintenance: OS/firmware updates and monitoring optimization.
• Manage and support Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders; inform incident progress.
• Support on security alerts and remediation; automation of processes.
