Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior Cloud and Systems Engineer to join onsite in Ortigas, Pasig on a dayshift. You will manage enterprise IT infrastructure, administer Microsoft 365 and Azure (with AWS or another cloud), and oversee Windows Server and network environments.

You will lead cloud migrations, support security controls, and mentor junior IT staff while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to optimise IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with senior or lead responsibilities in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience; working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments and enterprise networking (firewalls, routing, switching, wireless).
• Hands-on experience in hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration/modernisation initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for reliable and secure day-to-day operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure; knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Maintain Windows Server environments: configurations, patching, monitoring, and support.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, routing, switching, wireless.
• Lead cloud infrastructure upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
