Job summary

ECI, a leading global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in the Philippines. You will drive technology programs, including Cloud implementations and networking for a defined client portfolio.

You will collaborate with Client Technology Management, Service Desk, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, lead migrations, and author runbooks and SOPs for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; 6+ years in technology administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).
• Experience managing e-mail platforms and security integrations like Exchange Online.
• Virtualization experience with VMware vSphere/Hyper-V.
• Proficient in incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures including Microsoft 365/Azure services.
• Serve as tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management and other teams.
• Lead migrations, implementations, relocations, and related projects.
• Document processes, SOPs, and runbooks; contribute to knowledge base.
• Implement and manage security configurations such as MFA and CA policies.
• Oversee system maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Interface with RMM and other management tools to maintain client environments.
