Job summary

First Focus is seeking a senior Systems Administrator based in Manila to support our US operations, working US Eastern Time business hours. The role focuses on infrastructure administration, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, networking and security.

You will act as escalation point for technicians, lead IT projects and employ automation with PowerShell to improve efficiency. Collaboration with US teams and after-hours rotation are part of the role.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or systems engineering.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Endpoint management.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, licensing, and user lifecycle administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
  • Experience with patch management, security, automation and project ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support across systems, networks and endpoints.
  • Act as escalation point for technicians on complex issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.
  • Manage endpoint enrolment, configuration and policy compliance.
  • Maintain security patches and software updates across platforms.
  • Lead or own IT projects from planning through delivery, including risks and stakeholders.
