Job summary

First Focus is seeking a Systems Administrator based in Manila to support our US operations. The role covers infrastructure, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, networking, security, automation and projects, with a focus on hands-on administration and mentoring for the IT team.

Work hours align with US Eastern Time, including after-hours on-call rotation. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in the US while supporting our Philippines team, delivering reliable technology and proactive improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support across systems, servers, networks, endpoints and applications.
  • Act as escalation point for technicians on complex issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.
  • Manage endpoint enrolment, configuration and policies.
  • Support Windows, macOS and mobile environments.
