Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably business-related.
• Experience in credit-related jobs is an advantage.
• Preferably as Loan Management Specialist or equivalent function (loans, cash, and accounting).
• Knowledge of all banking products and loan policies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall transactions processing of the assigned office, ensuring alignment with policies and approvals for deviations.
• Maintain Internal Audit ratings and digitize customer records.
• Manage vault operations and cash custodianship including ATM cards, keys, pin mailers, and vault/ cash combinations.
• Act as reliever for the Team Leader–SCLM in their absence to ensure business continuity.
