Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented banking staff to support loan enrollment, KYC procedures, and pre-approval document preparation.

The role includes loan creation in the core banking system and enrollment of loan accounts, with additional duties in vault custody and ATM cash handling. The successful candidate should have a 4-year degree (business-related preferred), strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably Business-related courses.
• With background in Loans, Financial Institutions, and Microfinance is an advantage.
• Resident of the area or within 30 minutes travel to the store location.
• Very good MS Office Application Proficiency.
• Good judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient execution of KYC procedures prior to system loan enrollment.
• Prepare pre-approval bank documents and loan approval memos for approval; enroll loan accounts.
• Act as Alternate Vault Custodian handling alternate vault combinations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the leader or management.
• Witness ATM cash loading and provide coverage as teller in absence.
