East West Rural Bank, Inc. seeks a Senior Store Cash & loans Management to support the Team Leader in back-office store operations, with focus on loan disbursement approvals and customer experience even during high transaction volumes.

The role covers vault custody, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to bank policies, while serving as a reliever for the Team Leader when needed. A 4-year degree is preferred and banking knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably business-related.
• Experience in credit-related jobs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products, policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise overall transactions processing in assigned office to align with bank policies and require approvals for deviations.
• Assist with audit ratings and digitization of customer records.
• Manage vault operations including custodianship of ATM cards, keys, pin mailers, vault and cash safe combinations.
• Act as reliever for the Team Leader (TL) SCLM for business continuity.
