Job summary

Probe Group is seeking a Solutions Architect (Manager-level IC) to design innovative BPO and CX solutions aligned with client needs. You will work with Sales, Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance to create compelling offerings and respond to RFPs.

You will help ensure feasibility, competitiveness, and smooth handovers to delivery teams after deal closure, contributing to strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related role within the BPO industry.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, bid management or pre-sales activities.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, CCO, CX, or omnichannel service delivery.
• Experience with commercial pricing, staffing models, or workforce planning is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BPO and CX solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance to develop solution designs.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal development for new opportunities.
• Build staffing, pricing, and cost models with Operations, WFM, Pricing and Finance.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and commercially competitive.
