Job summary

Probe CX in the Philippines is seeking a Solutions Architect (Manager-level IC) to design innovative and commercially viable BPO solutions that support business growth. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Workforce Management, Pricing, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to develop winning client solutions, respond to RFPs, and pursue strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solution Architecture, Design, Commercial Solutioning or related role within BPO
• Proven experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, bid management or pre-sales
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO), CX, or omnichannel service delivery
• Experience with commercial pricing, staffing models, or workforce planning preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BPO and CX solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational and commercial designs
• Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development for new business opportunities
• Build staffing, pricing, and cost models with Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations
• Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with business objectives
• Support transition planning and handover to delivery teams after deal closure

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BPO and Customer Experience (CX) solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational and commercial solution designs
• Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development for new business opportunities
• Build staffing, pricing, and cost models in partnership with Operations, WFM, Pricing, and Finance
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations
• Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with business objectives
• Support transition planning and handover to delivery teams following successful deal closure

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Commercial Solutioning, or a related role within the BPO industry
• Proven experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, bid management, or pre-sales activities
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO), Customer Experience (CX), or Omnichannel service delivery
• Experience working with commercial pricing, staffing models, or workforce planning is highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
