Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant - Solution Design for onsite work at BGC, Taguig. You will lead client sessions, design tailored solutions, and work across accounts to drive bid strategies and contract scoping.

The role emphasizes deep experience in BPO operations, solution design, and proficiency with RFPs and SOW creation, with a strong focus on client engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years BPO/BPM experience.
• Must have worked in customer service operations in a managerial role.
• Prior solution design experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable on contact center operations, RFP process and bid management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions by creating solutions tailored to client context for sessions.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence and perform gap analyses for domains.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to achieve goals.
• Create and review the SOW to define contract terms for a solution.
• Drive and guide the team to develop collateral like flyers and case studies.
