Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily soft services across mall properties. You will supervise in-house teams and external service providers to meet SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards while driving efficiency and cost control.

You will coordinate with mall management, tenants, and project teams to resolve issues, conduct audits, and produce performance reports. A background in operations and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mall operations, property management, or soft facilities services.
• Hands-on experience managing in-house teams and third-party contractors/service providers for soft services.
• Knowledge of local operations, regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Strong communication, report writing, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Good project management, planning, people management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft facilities management services including housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pest control, and landscaping.
• Manage and monitor service providers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain high standards.
• Monitor service quality, address concerns, escalations, and service requests promptly.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with BICS standards, HSE requirements, company policies, and legal standards.
• Oversee health and safety requirements including inductions, permits, safety audits, and review of SWMS.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage incidents and emergencies, including service disruptions and weather-related impacts.
• Prepare and review scopes of work, budgets, reports, and recommendations for projects.
• Track and analyze operational data and service provider performance with regular management reports.
