Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to oversee ops management and admin functions across mall assignments, covering mall operations, safety, security, sustainability, and facility management.

You will support the Operations Manager in aligning strategic direction, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure high standards of property operations. This role emphasizes risk management, cost control, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any business/technical-related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations Management, preferably in retail or property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (negotiation, presentation, facilitation, training).
• Demonstrated project management, planning, people management, and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of how financial and business operations relate within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager/GM in communicating and aligning the department’s strategic direction.
• Assist in day-to-day management and administration of mall operations, processes and activities.
• Support facilities management, safety, security, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct daily mall inspections to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Monitor merchants, customers, and internal units for adherence to standards.
• Assist in maintaining security and operational controls across mall premises.
• Identify health and safety risks and help implement corrective measures.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce operating expenses.
• Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and support planning and initiatives.
