Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a driven Facilities Manager to oversee soft services across a major shopping mall portfolio.

You will manage third-party vendors, enforce cleanliness, safety, waste management, and landscaping, and lead on-site teams to achieve high service levels. The role emphasizes proactive operations, cost control, and adherence to HSE standards, with daily inspections and close coordination with Corporate Facilities Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management.
• At least 2 years in Mall Operations or property management with soft services.
• Experience managing in-house and subcontracted soft services.
• Knowledge of local operations, regulations, and codes.
• BICS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiar with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Competent in project management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service providers and contractors for soft services.
• Ensure smooth service delivery and quality standards.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Implement BICSc standards and best practices.
• Maintain presentation standards and full functionality of zones.
• Coordinate with project teams during handover/takeover.
• Communicate with Corporate Facilities Management and providers.
• Serve as main contact for visitors, merchants, contractors and partners; manage incidents.
• Perform daily inspections of retail assets and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct health and safety audits to ensure HSE compliance.
