Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to support day-to-day management of mall operations and drive efficiency across safety, facilities, and merchant compliance.

You will work with the Operations Manager to align local activities with strategic direction, oversee inspections, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives, and maintain high property presentation for a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven operations management experience in retail/property.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Experience leading projects, planning, and teams.
• Solid understanding of budgets, cost control, and property performance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise software such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and align strategy with mall leadership.
• Conduct daily mall inspections to enforce policies and maintain standards.
• Ensure safety, security, sustainability, and facilities management.
• Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports on performance.
• Resolve on-site issues with vendors, merchants, and customers to minimize disruption.
