Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across Asia.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as main frontliner of customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Review ads posted by customers and provide recommendations to improve applicants.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions to tech teams for resolution.
• Share feature requests with product teams and develop effective workarounds.
• Assist in training junior team members.
