Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Services Operations or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in shared services operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational performance of Services Operations.
• Ensure alignment to business priorities and customer commitments.
• Lead operational governance forums and performance reviews.
