Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Director of Managed Operations to oversee IT operations and manage teams effectively. You will provide technical direction, ensure quality performance, and lead IT-related projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in an IT environment, strong knowledge of Azure solutions and Windows server troubleshooting. This full-time position is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience maintaining, operating, and managing an IT environment.
• Two (2) years of project coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction of security functions as defined by the client.
• Oversee IT operations and management of L2 Engineers.
• Direct staff to accomplish the organization's mission through leadership.
• Own and handle IT-related projects.
