Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Corporate Service Director to lead and oversee core support functions such as Human Resources, IT, and Marketing Support. The role involves driving operational efficiency, managing a high-performing shared services organization, and supporting business growth.

Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of leadership experience in corporate or shared services, with a strong capability in managing budgets and improving service delivery. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in corporate or shared services functions.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple departments.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, FMCG, or distribution environments is preferred.

• Lead and oversee multiple support departments including HR, IT, Audit, and Marketing Support.
• Improve coordination between support teams and operational departments.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
