Job summary

Asticom is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Lead in the Philippines to drive large-scale transformations and guide technical direction. You will collaborate with stakeholders, shape data architecture, and oversee carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance strategies.

A background of 7+ years in ServiceNow with leadership experience is required. Advanced credentials such as ServiceNow CTA/Developer are preferred, and engagement with IT governance and enterprise architecture will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in an architect/lead role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing and leading large-scale implementations or transformations.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Developer certification.
• Experience with carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance strategies.
• Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration patterns.
