Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist to design, configure, and support the ITSM platform. You will gather requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate with business units.

The role requires seven years in software development with four years in ServiceNow design, strong knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS/XML, and ITIL familiarity. You will work in Manila in a mid to senior capacity with SLA-driven support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4- or 5-year course in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• ITIL v3 or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Seven years of software development experience.
• Four years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
• Experience with web service integration (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).

Responsibilities

• Software Development / Configuration in ServiceNow.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate into detailed specs.
• Perform gap analysis and determine configurability vs customization.
• Configure workflows and settings in ServiceNow; re-use components where possible.
• Test scenarios, fix defects, and support UAT; maintain incidents and requests per SLA.
