Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect/lead in Metro Manila to design, develop, and govern complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and custom apps. The role requires leading cross-functional delivery and driving integrations with REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

You will oversee platform upgrades and performance optimization, develop reusable components, and mentor teams to ensure scalable governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role
Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps
Proven track record leading ServiceNow implementation programs in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and custom application modules
Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
Oversee ServiceNow platform upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain reusable components, shared libraries, and platform governance artifacts
