Job summary
Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer/SME in the Philippines to support critical business systems and IT service management operations. You will combine deep ServiceNow technical skills with SME-level ownership, collaborating across teams and guiding technical decisions.
You will develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions while performing root-cause analysis and mentoring teammates to share knowledge and ensure high service quality.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSDM.
- Hands-on development, configuration, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change management.
- Proven RCA and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead as an SME and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as ServiceNow SME and provide technical guidance.
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
- Investigate and resolve application and platform issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
- Monitor system health and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and service quality.
