Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional work experience.
• At least 3 years in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design and implementation for ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and unit test ServiceNow catalog items and custom apps.
• Configure AI capabilities and integration with Now Assist AI features.
• Create and maintain platform architecture docs and design artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Prepare test plans and coordinate testing, including regression testing.
• Assist in upgrade planning and execution for ServiceNow.
• Contribute to module development using JavaScript and related tools.
