Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items and automation solutions. You will work with Business Analysts and SMEs to analyze requirements and deliver ITSM workflows.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities like Now Assist AI, UI Builder, and integration work, with an expectation to support upgrades and agile delivery. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years professional work experience
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Experience with Now Assist AI or other generative AI capabilities is a strong plus
• Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Workflow/Flow Designer, UI Builder, Reports, SLAs, ACLs
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies is a plus
• Willing to work night shift
• Good communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and configure changes per ITIL
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create test plans and coordinate testing; perform regression testing of defects.
• Translate technical complexities to non-technical audiences for stakeholders.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Manage development for modules using JavaScript.
• Participate in configuration and customization based on customer needs.
• Participate in agile-based work intake and delivery processes.
