Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and test catalog items, custom apps, automation, and integrations. You will work with Business Analysts and SMEs, delivering AI-enabled capabilities such as Now Assist and automated workflows while adhering to ITIL practices.

The role requires 5–8 years in the field, at least 3 years on ServiceNow development, and strong JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional work experience.
• At least 3 years experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based design, development, and implementation of ITSM solutions.
• Experience with Now Assist AI or ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.
• Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with REST, JSON, XML, web services, SSO/SAML.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance, and enhancement of Catalog items.
• Configure, customize, and support Now Assist AI capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation for AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents and test plans; coordinate testing and defect tracking.
• Translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders; explain design decisions clearly.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
• Develop modules using JavaScript and support new releases.
• Participate in agile work intake processes for service delivery.
