Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions leveraging Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, and enterprise integrations.

The role requires hands-on development across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and ITOM modules, with experience in CMDB/CSDM and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience including intelligent workflows.
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents and Predictive Intelligence.
Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Support upgrades, releases, and governance standards.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
