Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience with CRM/CSM workflows, AI-powered automation, and integrations.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of customer service operations and CRM workflow automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM and related modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, HRSD.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across CRM, CSM, and workflow modules.
- Develop and enhance CSM workflows including Case Management, Omnichannel Engagement, Knowledge Management, and Self-Service portals.
- Implement intelligent customer workflows using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, and integrated automations.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Support platform upgrades, governance, and release management activities.
