Job summary

Atos Information Technology GmbH is seeking a ServiceNow Now Assist Senior Developer to design, configure, and implement AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions leveraging Now Assist, GenAI workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience with expertise in intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and AI-powered capabilities.
Hands-on ServiceNow developer in enterprise/consulting environments with strong problem-solving skills.
Expertise in JavaScript Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom apps.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI skills, AI Agents, and AI Search; integrate with external systems.
Contribute to reusable accelerators, ensure security and coding standards, and perform testing and troubleshooting.
Develop integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and orchestrate workflows across apps.
Support upgrades, release management, and post- production stabilization.
