Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and build advanced AI-powered workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions using Now Assist, GenAI skills, AI Agents, and Enterprise integrations.

You will work hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and support deployments, UAT, hypercare, and post-production stabilization, while following DevOps

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience with intelligent workflow automation and AI-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom apps.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents and Predictive Intelligence.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and external systems.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, and governance.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with best practices.
