Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
Expertise in intelligent workflow automation and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents and AI features in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with CMDB/CSDM implementations and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules and custom apps.
Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist and GenAI capabilities.
Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Ensure security, performance, and coding standards across deployments.
Participate in peer reviews and governance for development lifecycle.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and hypercare activities.
