Job summary

TECEZE LTD is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on intelligent workflows, Now Assist, GenAI skills, and enterprise integrations across ITSM/HRSD/CSM/ITOM using Flow Designer and AI Agents.

The position is based in the Philippines with remote work in US time zones, offering hands-on development, governance participation, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Experience in intelligent workflow automation and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM modules and Service Catalog.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents and Predictive Intelligence.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and release management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents and Predictive Intelligence.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server.
• Support platform upgrades, governance, and release management.
• Contribute to reusable integration frameworks and accelerators.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
