Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Managed Services Senior Architect in Makati for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will lead operations across ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM, while managing integrations with SAP and Active Directory and guiding adoption through stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ServiceNow and holds mandatory CSA certification with additional IS certifications; ITIL is preferred. Hybrid setup requires 3x onsite weekly in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in ServiceNow admin/development/architecture; 7+ years in managed services.
• Expertise in ITxM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps and SPM.
• Hands-on with incident resolution, service requests, cloning, patches and upgrades.
• Familiar with SAP, Active Directory integrations and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow modules across ITxM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and SPM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams; guide requirements and deliver training.
