Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Advisory Manager in Makati for a morning-shift, hybrid role (3 days on-site per week). You will oversee end-to-end ServiceNow design and implementation, and lead a team of 15–20 developers, architects and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD/CSM) and strong REST/JSON integration skills, plus ITIL certification and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics and custom app development.
• Strong hands-on experience across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and ITOM.
• Proven ability to lead complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with REST API / web services / JSON integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop ITSM and custom modules following best practices.
• Lead a high-performance team of 15–20 developers, architects and consultants.
• Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement the ServiceNow platform across locations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of ITSM processes and service delivery.
