Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Makati is seeking a ServiceNow Advisory Manager (hybrid, dayshift) to lead design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. You will drive ITSM/HRSD modules, CMDB, and analytics while guiding a team of 15–20 developers, architects, and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, multiple full-cycle ITSM implementations, strong leadership and communication skills, and holds mandatory ServiceNow and ITIL certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams in complex deployments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
• Lead a high-performance team of 15 to 20 developers, architects, and consultants
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
• Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases
• Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
• ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
• ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
• Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
• Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client
