Qualifikationen

• The Senior Service Delivery Manager role requires 5+ years of experience in service delivery or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and optimize service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a client-first mindset.

• Help manage the service delivery process for multiple clients or projects, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their service-related needs and resolving issues.
• Oversee coordination of resources, ensuring personnel and tools are allocated effectively to meet delivery goals.
• Monitor and track service delivery performance using KPIs, SLAs, and client feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery processes with client expectations and business goals.
• Identify risks to service delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and clients on status, metrics, and risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of excellence and development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and service standards throughout the process.
