SimCorp Manila is seeking a technically skilled professional for Global First Line Support within Unified Service Desk. You will assist clients across a range of enterprise applications, diagnose incidents, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in technical support, application support, service desk, or related roles supporting external clients.
• Technical analyst mindset with strong problem-solving and curiosity.
• Basic ability to read/interpret logs and troubleshoot incidents.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, or similar.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Azure, Oracle databases, Windows Server, or related environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays in a global support setup.
