Job summary

SimCorp Manila Delivery Center seeks a Lead Service Delivery Consultant to ensure reliable support and maintenance for our clients, providing solutions and deploying services related to SimCorp Data Management. You will work with local and global teams to deliver service excellence.

You will lead client installations, train new hires, diagnose issues, coordinate with developers, and build trusted advisor relationships with client management while aligning with SLAs and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support at L2/L3 levels.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for client installation of SimCorp Data Management Solution and lead projects.
• Assist training of new hires.
• Diagnose issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and resolve issues per defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with developers to merge business and technical requirements.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
