SimCorp Manila Delivery Center is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to support production environments for leading financial clients. You will troubleshoot system issues, advise on configurations and engage with global teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role requires APAC/EMEA shifts, a hybrid work arrangement (2x in office per week), and a strong focus on client success with proactive problem solving and service-minded collaboration.

Formación

• A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science.
• Knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
• Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
• You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural desire for problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Be the key client contact for production support and maintain relations.
• Analyze problems in client environments and provide timely solutions within SLAs.
• Advise on configuration maintenance and enhancements to optimise usage of services.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient client solutions.
• Work APAC/EMEA shift hours as required.
• Occasional weekend/public holiday and extended hours.
