Job summary

SimCorp Manila Delivery Center is seeking a senior outreach and product liaison to manage complex business issues for APAC clients. You will differentiate outreach from product development, coordinate with third parties, and own internal follow-ups for clear, efficient resolutions.

You will build relationships with Custodians, Asset Managers and Fund Administrators, contribute to data mapping initiatives, and mentor junior teammates in a hybrid, 2x weekly in-office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with post-trade processes and data mapping in asset servicing is a plus.
• Senior communication skills with custodians and asset managers.
• Ability to operate across APAC hours with EMEA overlap.

Responsibilities

• Decides which business issues are outreach and which are product development responsibilities
• Collaborates with product development to resolve change requests
• Answers all business questions that are not standard
• Hosts work sessions with third parties
• Follows up with mapping discrepancies between AFT and internal to SimCorp
• Owns internal follow-up-processes on topics and requirements addressed to SimCorp
• Develops and maintains relationships with external parties, acting as the primary point of contact during the outreach process
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve outreach process and documentation of best practices, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and the overall customer experience
• Provides guidance to junior team members, acting as a multiplicator
