Job summary

Vertiv in Manila is seeking a Senior Coordinator to ensure accuracy between Sales Orders, Service Requests, and Install Base data for proper billing and revenue recognition. You will apply advanced knowledge of Vertiv products, SKUs, and install base management to resolve complex order discrepancies and guide the team on how data flows through SRs and billing.

Working with minimal supervision, you’ll provide technical guidance on order shaping, SKU alignment, and install base interpretation

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or diploma in business/management or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Time & Material (T&M) quotes requested by various stakeholders, ensuring timely submission.
• Maintain T&M quote documents and Service Authorization Forms in SharePoint with proper version control.
• Follow up on pending T&M quotes to drive conversion and service execution.
• Create service requests from approved quotes with accurate billing instructions and customer details.
• Monitor quotes progress and coordinate with operations for job status updates.
• Review and bill completed service requests, ensuring accuracy in labor, travel, and materials.
