Job summary

Vertiv is hiring for a Senior Coordinator to ensure accuracy and alignment between Sales Orders, Service Requests, and Install Base data for proper billing and revenue recognition.

The candidate will apply advanced knowledge of Vertiv products and SKUs and provide guidance on order shaping processes, data integrity, and system alignment. This role requires independent work with minimal supervision and collaboration with customer engineers and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently within procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, create, and coordinate T&M quotes and service forms for timely submission.
• Maintain T&M quote documents and service forms in SharePoint with proper version control.
• Follow up on T&M quotes to drive conversion and service execution.
• Create service requests/tickets from approved quotes with accurate billing instructions.
• Audit and verify billing accuracy for labor, travel, materials, and service outcomes.
