Job summary

oCommerce is seeking an SEO Manager to lead the SEO and AEO strategy across our brands, while staying hands-on with technical SEO, content, and authority-building efforts. You will mentor the SEO team and shape growth plans across diverse industries.

You will work with analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize content, and guide backlink strategies, ensuring robust AI-related visibility and search authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience with a proven track record of growing organic traffic and search visibility.
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO specialists.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to communicate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO strategy across oCommerce's portfolio of brands and select external client accounts.
• Lead and mentor our SEO team, including managing one direct report.
• Develop quarterly and annual organic growth strategies for brands across industries.
