Job summary

Omni-Channel BPO, Inc is seeking an analytical eCommerce SEO Lead to own and execute SEO initiatives that drive qualified organic traffic and improve search rankings across digital platforms. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketers to implement technical and content-focused SEO best practices.

This role combines strategy with hands-on execution, mentoring teammates, and driving ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a leadership or client-facing role.
Expert-level understanding of all SEO disciplines: technical, on-page, off-page.
Proficiency with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz and Screaming Frog.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets data analysis and reporting skills.
Experience with WordPress or Shopify CMS and schema markup is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies.
Lead audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Set, monitor, and report on KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align SEO with business goals.
Mentor and train junior specialists and content teams on SEO best practices.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO tools.
Guide keyword research, clustering, and content/ product intent mapping.
Lead technical audits to fix crawl issues and improve site speed.
Work with dev teams on structured data, indexation, and mobile usability.
