Job summary

ConnectOS in Manila (Philippines) is seeking an SEO & AEO specialist on a 6-month contract with potential for full-time. The role runs 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT and focuses on shaping our organic search strategy across Google and AI-powered engines.

You will conduct technical SEO audits, optimize content and landing pages in WordPress, monitor rankings and traffic, and deliver monthly insights. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, proficiency with GSC/GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs,

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong experience with technical SEO and SEO audits.
Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI search optimisation.
Hands-on WordPress experience.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and GTM.
Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
Knowledge of schema/structured data and Core Web Vitals.
Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

Own and execute SEO & AEO strategy and roadmap.
Conduct technical SEO audits and optimise site health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and schema.
Perform keyword research and optimise content based on search intent.
Optimise and create SEO/AEO-focused landing pages using WordPress.
Improve visibility across AI search engines and LLMs.
Use Athena and HubSpot insights to implement AEO recommendations.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and AI citations.
Conduct competitor and search trend analysis.
Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
