Job summary

True Lighting Services is seeking an SEO & AEO Specialist to improve organic rankings and visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms. You will develop strategies, perform keyword research, optimize content, and drive qualified traffic to support business growth.

The role covers on-page and technical SEO, content collaboration with writers and developers, and monitoring KPIs with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in SEO/digital marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page SEO and keyword research.
• Practical knowledge of AEO, semantic search, conversational search, and AI-powered search.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate SEO data and insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, intent analysis, competitor research, and SERP analysis.
• Optimize content, metadata, headings, internal linking, and site structure.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting crawlability and indexing.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor organic rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build strategies for local, national, and international SEO as required.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI overviews, and conversational search.
• Create structured content to be cited by AI-generated answers.
• Identify high-value informational queries and answer them clearly.
