Job summary

OMNI CHANNEL SOLUTIONS PH, INC. is seeking a highly analytical and strategic eCommerce SEO Lead to drive organic growth across digital platforms. You will own SEO strategy, mentor a team, and collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketers to optimize technical and content-related SEO initiatives.

This role focuses on leading audits, setting KPIs, guiding keyword research, and shaping content strategy to maximize visibility, engagement, and ROI for clients and internal projects.

Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or client-facing role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and schema markup.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.
• Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, business, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead regular audits and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Set and monitor KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, bounce rates, and conversions.
• Mentor and train junior specialists and content teams on SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment across initiatives.
• Translate technicalSEO concepts into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead technical audits to resolve crawl issues, improve site speed, and optimize structure.
• Oversee backlink strategy, including outreach and disavow efforts.
