Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced SEO specialist to own our organic search strategy and drive growth in Manila. You will conduct technical audits, optimize site health, and improve visibility on AI-powered search engines using WordPress and key tools.

You will analyze keywords, track rankings and traffic, and deliver insights that convert into measurable results. A 6-month contract with potential for full-time is offered, with a focus on data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong experience with technical SEO and SEO audits.
Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI search optimisation.
Hands-on WordPress experience.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and GTM.

Responsibilities

Own and execute SEO & AEO strategy and roadmap.
Conduct technical SEO audits and optimise site health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and schema.
Perform keyword research and optimise content based on search intent.
Optimise and create SEO/AEO-focused landing pages using WordPress.
Improve visibility across AI search engines and LLMs.
Use Athena and HubSpot insights to implement AEO recommendations.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and AI citations.
Conduct competitor and search trend analysis.
Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
