Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an SEO Specialist to own and execute the company’s organic search strategy in the Philippines. You will lead technical SEO audits, optimise site health, and implement AEO/AI-driven initiatives across WordPress pages.

The role focuses on improving crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals while driving measurable traffic and leads. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on SEO, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Google tools and SEO platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong experience with technical SEO and SEO audits.
• Understanding of AEO/GEO and AI search optimisation.
• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and GTM.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Knowledge of schema/structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO & AEO strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimise site health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals and schema.
• Perform keyword research and optimise content based on search intent.
• Optimise and create SEO/AEO-focused landing pages using WordPress.
• Improve visibility across AI search engines and LLMs.
• Use Athena and HubSpot insights to implement AEO recommendations.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and AI citations.
• Conduct competitor and search trend analysis.
• Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
